It's a great day in the re-mobilization of America! For the first time three states' cell-phone mobility data shows less staying-at-home than before the pandemic. Any guesses? You got it! North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming! But like all states, those still show a sharp drop from pre-pandemic in travel to work places. Still more to be done.
