Summary:
US gas production forecasts get nudged up this month, but not the wholesale upgrade given to crude. That's because while the US could supply the world during the Strait of Hormuz crisis, there's simply no more LNG export capacity that can be enlisted on short notice. That's our own version of the Strait, our own chokepoint. The only one blocking it is ourselves.
