Summary:
The DOE forecasts continue to downgrade expectations for future US crude production. Someone needs to tell that to the boys in the Permian, where production just makes new highs every month. Maybe someone needs to be fired in the Energy Information Agency. Hmmm... not a bad idea for the next Trump news cycle.
