Summary:
Some of our favorite favorites haven't updated because of the government shutdown. But that's not showing up at all in our economic uncertainty indices. There doesn't seem to be any particular uncertainty just because we don't have the government stats we imagine we are all addicted to. We still have our "Google Trends" indices of public attention. From last month's all-time record for searches attained by Charlie Kirk, the late activist has fallen to a rank just one third that of Taylor Swift. Sic transit gloria.
