2.73 million vaccine doses have been administered in US long-term care facilities, where the most vulnerable population lives. There are only 1.4 million LTC residents, so that means virtually any resident who wants the shot has already had two. This was achieved under the Federal Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Program. Anyone who says there was no plan for the vaccines must not be aware of this.
